The red GS spyder at £38k has been for sale for a while.......... - it looks immaculate and even tho' I'm anti red I did like it - it was prepped for a Concours event but when we tested it the roof didn't work - probably an easy fix replacing the rubber bands (it has been looked after by Shiltech) and I couldn't adjust the seat sufficiently to get comfortable (but I'm sub-normal height) - if we get the time we may go back for another viewing....Thank you for all the replies.
I did not think the body kit was 'Anniversary' so I'll keep looking.
I do like the idea of a glass rear screen though, so much better than my Alfa V6 Spider plastic one.
I wonder if a Gransport Spyder will come along no more than £30k?
61k miles isn't a worry, the engines are robust. Bearings however are a different story as are subframes. With that mileage I think he’s optimistic on price, I would go for one of the ones on Autotrader

Probably right, I had one go on my 4200 in 8 years of ownership. The bearings on a 4200 seem to fail a lot less than those on a GT. From my perspective anyway.
I'll have to ask Matt if I've had any go and if I haven't I mustn't speak too soon (45k miles in the 8 years of ownership)Probably right, I had one go on my 4200 in 8 years of ownership.
