He does have a passion for cars.........and cows.........he's one farmer who seems to buck the trend with the price of milk not hitting his 10 car garage.......

A few have been to see the MM but no one has done it....it costs a fortune to enter and it's hard to get in as well.

Just checked the official Mille Miglia site.

For the one-off payment of 5,650 Pounds or US $8,800, a place in the race can be yours, providing they accept your car.

That's some fee. Still would love to do it.

The MM should or ought to be on any Italian orientated petrolheads to do list , problem isnt the entrance fees , its the price of gthe car to enter that can be prohibitive

Where did you get the £36K from frank , does that include the price of the car , entrance fees for 2 persons are £5800 aprox, if you need a sub for untill month i'd be happy to oblige mate

I had been told by someone who was to enter this years that was the overall fee for a group of five, all in accommodation, food, entry fees etc ....they had paid it over, but then got messed about as to actually allowing them to enter the car concerned so they withdrew from it just a few weeks before it started

I can understnd it Frank , when you have paid x amount of monies 6 plus months up front with little or no communication of whether enrtry will be granted , ones entitled to be a liitle ticked orf
