Er...morning, and goodnight and also good morning. Or something. Had to beat feet on Wednesday so haven't checked in til now. It was fast and furious. Then around 4p one heckuva storm blew through here. Winds of up to 70 mph; power outages, flash flooding. Watched a 60' tree fall by the root ball from a portico of an office building. Had to close the roof scuttle in the same office building because the wind blew it open, getting myself soaked to the bone. Then arrived home to an 80' walnut that had just cracked in half. Got the tractor and the chainsaw...and then ate dinner at 10:30p, being the first meal of the day. Now I'm going to bed before Andy can chime in.

Morning all, retirement got a whole lot closer yesterday tough discussion with boss on strategic direction he seems to want to undo all the technical improvements we have implemented over the last 5 years which was the main source of enjoyment in my role. Further discussions over the next few days / weeks might drive a new path.

Morning all, not a good move @zagatoes30, hope he sees sense. A frustrating day myself as I built the unit for Mexico but was unable to test it as the electronics company that make the bike parts didn’t Supply the required fly leads!! Various jobs to get done today.

Have fun all…

Indeed, garden all cut and the furniture all out, bbq with friends at the weekend, love this time of year after a hard winter.

Same here Matt, left work early to get the grass cut and all set up for the weekend so it will be all about relaxing with the first Aperol of the year.

Morning all, some ordering of parts first then to the yard to make parts for a big rope bridge to go into Greenwich park. Later still a Dr’s appointment to ‘discuss’ a recent blood yeast; some trepidation it means they found something, at nearly 60 I’m not surprised at all.

Have fun all…
