Good to meet you Steve - hope you enjoyed the show
You too Annie - I thought I had seen everything but then thought that there weren’t many Ford’s - then discovered they had a hall all to themselves! Saw a 3200 leaving the sporting bears area but I didn’t see who it was.

Yep - I clocked up nearly 16000 steps!

Wow that is good, but I cannot claim any credit for the handling of the aircraft just the but from Finals, to getting on to stand.
We did seem to wait off stand for a few minutes. But only a few. You definitely beat LHR's most recent effort where they failed to get first a jetty and then some steps to the front, and we all ended up departing from the back door.

Morning all, Rememberance Sunday and first for a while not to have wandered down to the memorial for it, got a bit delayed around the house. Need to do some admin for a bit and then back down the garage. Yesterday I had meant to make some ropes up but ended up digging out and freeing the wheels on the Frankenvan that is still rotting at the end of the garden; decision made to scrap it, it simply isn't wort my time any more, much as it irks me when I cannot see a project through. My word is very different than it was nearly 8-yrars ago when I started it. Hopefully a local scrapper will be in touch on Monday to arrange collection.

Have fun all...

Morning all, just. Been up as is my wont. Call from the eldest daughter...not looking for money, so good stuff. Have a client meeting (church congregation) at 16:00, so right at the spot it cripples the entire day.

Did get the core connected up in the Coupe yesterday...which was good, because the Arctic whatever showed up as advertised. Also, what I hope will finally be the last mow (and leaf mulch) of the calendar year...

Would be a great day to hunker in the bunker...hope everyone is having a peaceful one.

A little late getting to our village cafe today - a what a sad sight, and hardly what you would expect in such a small place.

Run by a young school leaver and her teenage girlfriends so gutted for her as it's an early 'start-up' business.

Looking at the damage I believe a hammer was used.View attachment 108082View attachment 108083

The owner makes some fantastic cakes... like this one for our Christmas last year - If anyone wants to aid her raising some money to pay for the repairs by ordering any cakes, she can be reached on T & Cakes | Dursley | Facebook

***** came back last night and sprayed a load of graffiti over the cafe front... so I have put a number of trail cameras out around the village to catch the scum if they come for a third time.
