Morning everyone

Day 1 of a short vacation today - as the wife and I are driving down to the New Forest for 3 nights of child free relaxation... unfortunately it looks like it will be pi$$ing down for the whole time, but it will still be better than work!

Back from a very wet London to an even wetter North
Where is Spring?
Family time in London was good, but the Tubes are full of depressed people!
No exotic cars to report unless you include an Audi and I do not!
Need to catch up on threads and Q of the Day

Morning all. In the office today to catch up on things.

Took the Mrs's ML to the garage to fix the annoying error message on the dash even though there is nothing wrong.
And to get the reversing sensors fixed. As they're quite handy in a car the size of Cumbria!

Still waiting for the tyres for the GT to be delivered. Then I can get them fitted and the mot passed.
Then I can get the spacers and X-Pipe fitted.

Along with discussions about house buying.

FFS my front tyres have been delivered to a garage in Ashford so I can get them on the car to pass the mot.

Ring them up and ask if they can do them today and they don't do 20 inch wheels!

Now have to find somewhere to fit them. And I now have to pay for fitting which I thought was already included. Apparently not!

Black Circles were mega expensive. I only need the tyres fitting anyway.

Got a place down the road to do them.

Will get them to do the rears when they turn up (probably Thursday). The guy fitting them said he'd also put my spacers as well as well.

One thing I did notice whilst the wheels were off. I need to clear the brake disc holes. They're completely blocked all round.

Drill 'em out, Mark. Easy job. 'course, you need the wheels off to do it so hopefully your tyre fitter won't mind while he's at it. Easy job for a few quid extra in his pocket.

What a day....My uncle passed away but he had a great innings at 93.....My Dad went to comfort his sister feel over on his drive way and cut his head open.....Ambulance and trip to hospital.

Good morning everyone, quiet day at work for me, funny goings on at Brussels yesterday...but it was even quieter yesterday...

Re brake discs hole fouling, I find that a 3-4 mm drill bit in the HAND will easily clean up the dust in the holes, a simple 5 minute job. No need for the drill itself.
