In and out already Dem; very little maintenance needed now the equipment is settled and in use but it is on a 3 yeah maintenance contract so I have to check it every 3 months till October this year. Just my luck they will extend the contract!

A bit windy, but generally not to bad outside, a bit milder anyway..!! WFH and trying to catch up on a few things, should be popping out in a bit to get some ods and ends like cash from the Bank etc., it's Friday..!! Just got a case of Gran Reserva Rioja, so I will start to sample that over the weekend..!!
