The 4200 Won't start???

Hello gents, this morning just as I was filling with the wiring under the dash trying to find where the a,c diverter. hoping it might have just gotten jammed with the wiringas stated in a previous post. All while the ac was on & Blowing from the dash vent..

after no success I tried to start up the car but then Al I get is a repiting clicking sound... Battery level is 11amps...

If the a/c was blowing without the engine running it may be a low battery. Try recharging the battery first if you have access to a trickle charger or jump pack.

This happened to an old Ghibli I am looking after last month with same same clicking symptom you described. I had tried to turn it over with a low charged battery then it died.

Flat Battery put a multimeter on the battery.

11 *volts* maybe? And it wouldn't, I'd expect

She's alive!!!

Went to the mall bought some jumper cables, went to the petrol pump, had to get a permit from the police station across the street to fill my container. Than I saw a minivan/portable garage fueling up wich agreed to jump start my car for about 5£...

Is that parked in your spare room ? The view out of the window looks several stories up in the air.

Reversing up to the glass windows could prove scary if it is.

So have I, but it's quite possible to screw the electronics if you get it wrong.
