Suspension Stud/Nut

I have an issue, just replaced the springs on the GS and the stud 19 in the attached is stuck into the tierod end and the nut for the stud 21 is stripped!

Anyone any suggestions to fix this, I don't know the sizes for the nut to find a local supply as Euro is out of stock. I need to move the car and it requires a torque to 78NM so need a solution that will hold.

The tierod is in good condition but if I cannot find a nut replacement and hope the stud isn't stripped i will need to replace them all with a long delivery time so not ideal.

Are you talking about the stud that runs from the bottom wishbone ball joint through the hub and the nut that secures it?

I’ve worked it out. It’s the one that secures the shock right?



If you measure the diameter of the threads on the stud you can buy a nut for a local fastener supplier. I think it is M10 or M12, but probably fine thread rather than standard.

I thought it was my eyes but even after two coffee's and putting my glasses on it was unreadable
