If it’s zero depreciation (actually appreciation), rarity and investment potential as key purchasing decisions, then the gen 1 Vanquish leaves them all behind. Last NP handbuilt car and a Callum masterpiece IMO. Bought mine 2011 and now worth twice what I paid for it, and that’s down on a year ago due to current market. This is the car all the AML emps say they want when asked.
Yeah you are right but i wouldn't buy a car with that generation semi auto gearbox again... in the 4200, whilest I loved the drive on the open road and the way it hammers the gears home, mechanicaly it was the achilies heal of the car and the vanq by all accounts was even worse.. at that age they are getting too now parts are gonna be silly aswell
At least the zf6 speed in the dbs is pretty readily available and bulletproof.
What is the cost of a set of ceramics on a strad btw?
Dbs = 12k from a dealer... same as corvette zr1's apparently and can be had for sub 1k
