I do have a carbon fibre one- there is a link later in that thread showing it.
It makes a ridiculous difference to the interior. The German guys are overpriced and tell porkies about their stock.
will put a link when I get on my laptop ..

Sadly I think it will be sold with the car...

so whats going to happen with the flat bottom wheel or is that the one you mean, are you going for an AM Cabrio then ?
How much....pm me if you like!!
All though I suspect your upgrades are beyond my budget!!

Here are the images of Wheel - total cost was circa 1,700 from USA. CARBONWHEELGTS.jpg

They match perfectly with the carbon on the paddles and instrument surround.

The interior is hard to match now in any I have seen.

RE: Facelift front bumper - I did consider it - and got quotes from 850 - 4000. As Dickie says to get it done properly (low risk) its going to be expensive.
I decided against it and to just either buy a facelift convertible...or change Marque.

Got my eye on one thats very unique shall we say. We just have to agree on a fair price....
Lets say there isn't much thats not improved on it. I won't be heat broken keeping the GTS...took it out again yesterday and its stunning.
We should meet before it goes!

Just looking at the pics on ebay I'd suggest:

Disconnect the battery (this is important)
Have a cup of tea to make sure the mythical charge goes away.
There appear to be two fixings behind the wheel. Probably dotted torx. Undo those. The airbag *should* be released. Assuming it lifts away, carefully disconnect the yellpw airbag connection. Put the airbag unit somewhere safe.
Disconnect the CANBUS connectors.
Select a suitable socket for the central nut. Loosen. Top tip: Do not remove the nut until you've completed the next step. Unless you really really want a face full of steering wheel.
Pull steering wheel and hope you don't need a puller. If you can brace your knees behind it, that might help. It'll probably let go with a thump (if it does)
Remove the nut.
Remove the wheel.
Replacement is the reverse of removal, without the broken face.

That's the *theory*. I have had no practical experience of this car,but it's worked on all the others. I didn't learn the bit about the nut until the second car......
