Should be able to make the karting session and spirited drive to Ace Cafe, as well as dinner, but won't be staying in the hotel overnight, as I'll need to travel back the same day.

Believe me, I would have been the same mate, we got there in the end.

Hotel staff where pretty useless I thought.

Ok, I have contacted The Crowne Plaza and have reserved 30 twins and doubles, I am just negotiating a cheap price, then I will let you know when to book and the code to give.

I have also contacted The Italian, and am awaiting a response.

Karting has been booked for 30 at Team Sport in Edmonton for 11.15.

So itinerary will be:
09.00 Ace Cafe breakfast (optional)
11.15 Karting (optional)
14.30 Ace Cafe for lunch (optional)
16.00 countryside spirited drive (optional)
18.00 The Crowne Plaza, Marlow
20.00 Gala dinner, Ville D'est, Marlow*
22.30 The Crowne Plaza for drinks
02.00 Bar Conaero reopens for one night only

*taxis will be laid on both ways
