Well finally going for a proper mini tour in the 3200. Been wanting to go North for sometime and as my partner lives
in Perth, I thought that was a good starting point.

So Thursday departing the Wirral, I start my drive North to Perth for Thursday evening.

Friday will go something like, A85 past Loch Earn, then at Crianlarich head North on the A82 heading for Glencoe,
the area where the new Bond film was shot. Driven this way many times and the scenery is stunning. Then on upto
Fort William and onto to the A87 heading for Dornie before heading up the A890. I have never been this far NW before and
the aim of this is to drive the infamous Bealach Na Ba Pass down into Applecross for the night.

Saturday we continue North heading for Fearnmore before heading East to Torridon then on North to Gairloch. Its then on around
the A832 past Guinard Island before heading slightly south and picking up the A835 into Ullapool.

Sunday we will head over to Inverness, Tomintoul road before stopping at friends in the evening at Braemar.

Then a short Monday blast back to Perth on the road that Top Gear filmed the Ferrari last week and subsequently got slated
for, saying it was 40 mins from London ;-)

I should not tempt fate but the weather looks like it will hold out.

To say I am excited is an understatement and cannot wait to get some pictures of the car in some of the surrounding scenery.

Right back to one more cleaning session so she is looking her best :)

Enjoy the drive, stunning scenery. If I hadn't been heading back to work on Thursday, could have met up somewhere, pity. Hope the weather holds out, pretty good at the moment.

Well after a great drive over the Infamous Bealach Na Ba, with stunning views from the top over Skye,
A cool beer and over night stay at the Applecross Inn.

Well just back from my little trip. Car ran faultlessly, not a dash light in sight ;-) and 1,150 miles clocked up in
upto 31 degree heat and tight twisty roads. Never had so much attention from people with a car, every time we stopped
people were coming up to see it, or take its picture or chat about it.

Absolutely stunning! Recognise most of those roads. Looks like a superb trip, with exceptional weather. Might have to make that an annual event.

Great pics Lee, one day I'll get round to doing that trip. It would make a great forum outing, we'll discuss at Carfest.

Hope you missed the camera at the eastern end of Loch Earn.

I once drove my 4200 through Glenshee on summer tyres in driving snow in May. Anything is possible.
