In fact since this morning there is a slim chance I could make it but I would be back late on Saturday to tun around and head back South again on the Sunday. Minor issue is the car would be filthy from the drive the day before and would be pressed to clean it before setting off, but hey where there is a will and all that.
Will maybe know for sure tomorrow.

It will rain on the way down. The faster you drive, the cleaner it will get......

okay guys, I have emailed pietro to confirm 5 from SM and so long as we are there for 10 he will arrange side by side parking........think he was hoping for more since it is centenary:unsure:
meet at broxden service at 9.15 (except alan) to then convoy to venue, I'll pm my mobile to all confirmed.

Almost certainly another two of us coming from Aberdeen / shire, I will definitely be there as I have agreed to do gate duty from noon until 1pm...

But the A9 3 times in less than 24 hours. I may lose the will to live! :battered:
Will let you know by the Sunday morning if I am fit for another drive after heading up from Manchester the day before. Average 24mpg first time up. Ashamed to admit that really! :-(

B*&^$¬s! in the Middle East so no way to be there sorry. If my son had passed his test I would have sent him, but that's not happened either! Sorry not going to be able to help. Would have been good.

90% sure I will be. Plan change and much more likely. May need some sort of food by time I hit Perth. Other than the dog vomit from McD is there anywhere open at Broxden at that time?

from recollection, not much at broxden other than McD and I think a costa place? but not sure either will be open at 9 on a sunday. thinking the same since we will be leaving before 7 probably so too early for anything before we go........I'm usually ok with a McD, but your colourful description has somewhat put me off for some reason LOL

yup, see everyone tomorrow. plan to leave here just before 7 to get down without too much pressure to broxden for 9ish.........dry here just now so wash and new wax coat order of the day.
