It is with regret that I inform you I am having to sell the Maser. :frusty5:

It has been an incredible experience but I am selling and getting a more family friendly car. Don't worry though, as soon as I can afford a second car I will be buying one back - that's the goal...

Hopefully I can still participate in the forum even though I'll be maserless...

PM me if you are interested in purchasing before I sell via other avenues. It's a 2009 Granturismo S Auto in Blu Oceano (dark blue) with Sabbia (cream) interior with dark blue stitching. Larger shift handles and comfort pack with 27,500 miles.

Sorry to hear that and best of luck with the sale. That spec is very similar to mine and the mileage is about the same albeit my car is a couple of years younger. I am happy to answer any questions which any potential purchaser might have about the 4.7 Auto - had mine nearly three and half years now.

Good luck with the sale! The question is - what is a more family friendly car? V6 Quattroporte? :-D

I bought a C63 Wagon as got a good deal, stacks of space and hopefully a good compliment to a future Maser and sounds and goes great (doesn't sound as good as the GT though)...

Definitely the plan. I got my wife's agreement to that (though she does have the tendency to change her mind)...

Agreed, a good friend of mine has a c63 and loves every minute of it! As family cars go you are definitely near the top of the ladder! All the best with it.

Thanks. Yes they are great cars with a fantastic engine but also makes you appreciate what a masterpiece the Maserati V8s are - love high revving V8s...

Love the C63....Every time I get to go out in one it blows me away...The sounds the push when the loud peddle is pressed...Great car...and last of a breed so worth keeping hold of.....

I tried one a month ago as I was thinking of getting one. It was a C63 AMG 4 door. It disappointed me. I thought it would be louder and more raw. It was a bit too refined for me.

But I have a feeling I didn't manage to put it into full manual mode. I haven't had time to go back and try again though.
