No but it has been "reduced fir(sic) a quick sale" and has a new "polin" filter.
Something about the advert and the photos puts me off the car totally.
Always feel if you have a poor advert what hope is that it is a good car.

^ Lack of care and attention to advert, subconsciously raises that the car may have suffered lack of care and attention also? It may be a good car, but the ad. doesn't do it any favours.

That's very cheap and worth an inspection IMHO. If it has the history mentioned, it could be a good one.

Wow! Yet more car/advert hating from this forum - what's going on?!

The ad is from a dealer who clearly doesn't specialise in Maseratis, so may get a few facts wrong. They sell cars, they don't teach English. The spelling of an advert from a dealer and their photography skills bear absolutely no resemblance to how any of the previous owners may have treated the car; to suggest so is bizarre. The car has a manual gearbox, not an automatic gearbox, hence is manual!

I think it looks like quite an honest car with a lovely colour combo at a very attractive price. Somebody should go and take a look and report back.

I reckon it's worth the money, although I am interested in trade prices of spiders etc...

I agree MAF. Just because the dealer can't write a decent advert, doesn't mean they haven't stumbled across a good car here. £15k (say £14.5k after haggling) is cheap for a nice looking Spyder. Got to worth a £200 inspection for someone. It even has the correct rear lights....

Haggle more as it's advertised at £14995 now. £14k cash with some left over for wishbones ;)

I think I tried to test drive this one a few months ago before I got mine. Owner/dealer seemed nice enough but the test drive never happened as he told me the car needed to have some work done to it first. The price was higher then. He said I'd have first refusal but never called me back then I moved on anyway.

So there is some sort of story that needs checking out. I didn't see the car though and have no reason to doubt rhe seller's integrity.

Does look a nice car, worth checking if in the market maybe but with eyes wide open because something not quite right, selling mileage is lower now than last mot in June when it was 60,600 according to mot search on reg number......

Need to check the roof as it's 13 years old and could be more costly to put right than wish bones.
I have done one since being here and it made me appreciate owning a coupe along with no scuttle shake :)

Just the perfect colour combination and a good price......May not be a great advert but worth a look if you are in the market...The prices on these are going up so seeing one under 15k has to be worth a shifty...especially in rare red....

even with it losing a thousand miles since the mot in June? I would be suspicious of this one. Yes, 15k is one of the lowest prices seen for one of these but will be for a reason.

Isn't the whole point of selling, presentation?
You don't go to a job interview with a poorly written CV.
Not only has he got poor spelling, but the presentation of the advert is poor. He mixes capitals with lower case or Sentence Case, and he has narrative mixed with bullet point features.
It clearly screams, I don't know what I'm saying or selling, I haven't got time to write an advert, so what chance does the buyer have of getting any after care if the seller is so disorganised?
You wouldn't expect that from Dick Lovett or our friend Richard Grace.
As for the car, it's OK, price needs adjusting but that's for the buyer to decide.
