My favourite Bond mainly for the totally tongue in cheek approach but I preferred him in the Saint and The Persuaders.

On of the best bond images from my youth and one that made me yearn for an Esprit.

Loved The Persuaders when I was a kid watching it again recently it really was terrible. That said RM had a charm and elegance to everything he did. Its a real shame to see such a gent pass.

Last time we all probably saw him was on the Volvo p1800 Car SOS a year or so ago.

My favourite scenes with him were the Renault 9 cut up in Paris (View to a kill) or the R5 Gordini.

He made me yearn for a Jane Seymour

RIP Roger, he still had a sense of humor right to the end as the car SOS P1800 demonstrated

Agreed.

Live and Let Die. The only Bond film I will make an attempt to watch regardless of how many times I've seen it.
Ooooo Jane Seymour.

In the real world he'd be called a dirty old man, at the time of filming he was 44 , she was 20

A good innings for a good egg.

My favourite car chase was in the GTV6 in Octopussy. He was getting on a bit then. Also - you can keep Jane Seymour - I'll take Kristina Wayborn from the same film.....

Agree with you all.
What a life he had.
Don't be too sad as we have our very own Lord Robert living the life :)

R.I.P Mr Moore.

But I can hush ma wheesht nay longer. There is only one Bond - and I don't mean that mi*cing na*cy boy from down under. Any suggestion otherwise is utter poppycock :)

Top 3 Bond girls: Izabella Scorupco, Daniela Bianchi & Halle Berry.
Not necessarily in this order and not necessarily all at the same time.
