Rear window mechanism woes

OK trying to work out what's going on here as not105735105736105737hing seems broken. But as I try and raise or lower the window, the cables push themselves out of the locating holes in the motor mechanism. I don't know if the cable has become tangled in the motor housing as now it seems when I try to raise it on the button it pulls the window down. I can't get it to pull it up. I can pull the window up by hand and it reseats the cable back in the plastic motor housing. I've got pictures as best I can and everything looks like it should be where it is - so is the cable toast in the motor housing? Is it a case of taking it apart to straighten it out or best to change the lot as it's likely to tangle again?105733105734

Just notice on the third photo - has the cable come adrift as it looks different to the one with the red guide?

@conaero . Looking at the photos and watching a YouTube video by Power Window Solutions, it looks like the 'cross cable' has come adrift for whatever reason - I can't quite see the end of the cable to see if the pip is still on the end. Either way looks like the whole thing has to come out and from the sound of the motor the other cables are probably toast too in the pulley mechanism. Is there a cable replacement kit available in the UK or do I need to try and relay it out of the States via an American friend?
Cheers Ian.
