PS - I agree that blue is the best colour in the ghibli - and the wheels set it off.
My dad was pressuring me ++ to get a blue ghibli when I was in the market. I was quite close actually in hindsight.
Lovely DD and much more unique than a German equivalent which are now similarly priced.

Ha I am often there. I am designing a new building for the college!

Let me know when you're around. I work in the city centre so could easily have lunch or an after-work drink.
Navcorr said he liked a lighter shade of blue (hinting at Cambridge blue)- Cantabrigian means ex Cambridge university in Latin. I went to Cambridge and was wondering if Navcorr did too..

Some amusing facts about the Oxford and Cambridge "blues". There was a boatrace (you may have heard of it) and the two universities needed a team strip. Oxford used that of Christ Church College (navy blue) and Cambridge used the mint green of Eton College (seeing as most of the crew came from there first), but decided to call it "light blue". The colours stuck.

Oxford is a great backdrop for Maserati photography, and yes that mid-blue (compared to the university blues) really looks good!

Looks great and really suits the blue :)

Normal people generally don't get different cars. My wife recently asked me for some photos of our cars to show a colleague. Her whole department ended up looking at our set. 4200, Elise, 944, Alfa 159... Lots of questions asked, including "And how often do you use the Alfa?"
My wife looked back in shock / disbelief as obviously it's our family car.. So a 2008 Alfa diesel saloon is seen as exotic to some ;)

If only. Although a PhD mate did much of his writing up in a Uni. bar. Waiting for his moments to strike and taking out £50+/day from a particular slot machine. Tax free cash - not bad for student life.
