This catches my eye though, seems far more 'honest' although it has been got up and running and even sports an MOT; I always fancied one as a yoof!

Thinking about the Opel... Would that need the valves seats doing for unleaded or are continental engines good to go?

That engine is the same as my 69 Opel GT and it will need hardened valve seats to accept unleaded. Surely after 20 years in a barn, the thing will need stripping down?

Oh, I have a big valve unleaded head in my garage that will fit that!

It was probably put in the barn 20 years ago because it was kn4ckered. It looks like it still is. IMO, there are better ways to blow your spare cash.
