I think Hull / Humber is one. Other than that i would be guessing.
Thames at London is definitely one.

Afraid not, looks like this is proving tough.
We have Humber and Tower, the other two are relatively close to Tower and patrol the same river
I almost posted a while back that there are at least 3 RNLI stations on the Thames. Also one at Teddington, and Chiswick...
