No - and don’t know anyone that has worked with it.....was gonna use permatex plastic weld

Was all set to replace the outer glass layer which is bonded to the lcd of my smartphone as it had crazed after being dropped, until I watched the youtube video on how to do it and all was good until they popped it into a oven like thingy which then bathed it in UV which cured the glue....
Decided to get a whole replacement lcd and take it to a man in a shop to do it for a small fee.

Truly sorry to hear this. Are we saying this is a common fault across QPs - or isolated incidents? Yours I think is a year older than mine, so if it's a age (and not mileage related) then mine is in line for these issues next year...

Marios did a fix but warned it would not last. Sure enough failed after 9 months. Sorted with a new one c £200 a couple of months ago

Just blown a wad of cash on new parts...including the new handle BUT I plan to reinforce it before fitting!
