Proposed Northern SMF Weekend

OK folks, I am arranging a special weekend for SMF in the NORTH..!! I know that's a daunting prospect for some, but we don't bite up here and as some of us do come south quite often, I can assure its not that far, so everybody is expected..!!

It's the weekend of: 6 / 7 / 8th November 2015.

Starting on Friday evening and everyone leaves at some point on the Sunday. I am sorting out the venue and a hotel, there will be Music, Dancing, Barbeque, Movies, Drives in the country, Drinking of course, Games etc, etc. We may arrange a Hog Roast one night..!!

I am starting a list of those who confirm, so let me know quick for rooms etc..!!

Growing a pace now, dates are fixed, if you are coming don't leave it too late, confirm and I will get you a room. Arrive when you can on Friday evening then settle in for a weekend to remember..!!

I have the Steve McQueen Le Mans film, all the Transporters, Rush, Fast and Furious 1-9,267, Gone in 60 Seconds, Need for Speed, Crank 1 and 2, Top Gun and pretty much everything with fuel, adrenaline and Jason Strathem in it, Ill bring the lot!

Definitely there on Friday. I'm only coming down from Leeds so can get there whenever - it would be good to grab some dinner. I will see if I can get out of my other engagement for Saturday and let you know soonest.

The Sunday is the last race of the MotoGP season. Some of you may not like bike racing but will have heard of Valentino Rossi. He's presently leading the championship by 18 points it could go to the wire. It'll be his tenth championship if he wins and it'll be criminal to miss something historic as this. So Mrs MLC needs somewhere to watch that...

Confirmed it with the missus last night, I mentioned car films and she backed out quicker than Italian tanks.

I am and she shares similar concerns to your good lady - if it gets bad can lock mine in a cupboard with her crocheting!!!!
