Nothing personal mate, but there's grafter's, me,I had It easy and my dad kind of, his dad was down the mines in South wales, struggling to breath with the coal dust and on a pound a week!Thats because you were white and were allowed to have a job.

Thing is if no one moaned we’d still be indentured to the pit for a pound a week.
I lived in Halesowen as a child, my primary school was in Old Hill, my dad worked at Hunt Bros foundry in Oldbury, my first job when I left school was at a printers in Bearwood and for many years I worked in Smethwick. That’s why I picked Mary MacArthur, there’s a park in Crawley Heath named after her:
