Sorry Adam thats stupid money even if money was no object.
You should check out the E36 M3 3.0 i have bought for pennies in comparison and nearly 300 ponies under the bonnet.

Yes i saw a little pic of it on PH, how you finding it ?? i always promised myself an E36 M3 before i got a house, insurance companies on the other hand dont think that. 3.0 does without the VANOS doesn't ?? The 3.0 M3's really do go for sod all money, bargain if you find a good one.


Re; the E30, it is a Sport Evo, super rare, 500 made (i think) and not many with a mileage that low, the cheapest Sport Evo's start at 50k. BMW's greatest ever.

Yeah a good Evo 2 is around 30k. Can get a nice Evo 1 for 20k.


You say it is worth 50k max Andy, sport Evo's start at 50k, the car in question has to be one of the best in the world.

Let them be Dem, i would not say all the M cars have a soul, X6M and X5M are to name a few but they certainly do have something, i am not the E90 M3's biggest fan but the examples i have sat in and looked around in detail, i just know it is probably the best sports coupe/saloon on sale. There has never been a bad M3 or M5 and there probably never will be, although i loathe the F10 M5.

It is not an M car, turbo's, no no no, for me they have always been about high revving naturally aspirated, and it looks so boring the F10 M5.

Looks lovely, agree that an M should be aspirated but the M3 was a v8 and that was excellent
