Watching this just now and loving the retired Lt.Col who at 82 years old deliver a coup degrais to the council on appeal when he parked in a previously free car park at a station.
After being told he should have checked the new signs - he produced a photo of the 'Free Parking' sign on the main road.
"Like this one?" He said
