The very best sort - FREE! Actually it`s just struck me - that`s the answer to why so many folk are coming from Yorkshire - something free!!!!

I`m afraid it`s not the nose bleed that worries me, it`s the thought that I might actually get too near Yorkshire! Eight years in York was far too much for me, but fortunately I got a remission for good behaviour and was able to return to civilisation.

York was voted the best place in England to live this year so you should come back Terry!

It never was when I actually lived there! Do you think there might be some cause and effect going on?????????????????????

A very serious note!
I`ve just been into Sale, Manchester, and there were lots of roads with signs saying that the road would be closed most of Sunday because of the Manchester Marathon. When I got back I looked up the Marathon route , and I hate to say it, but the start and the finish are probably a little less than a mile from P3. I should imagine it will be chaos in the area on Sunday.
It also looks as though some of the most obvious routes to P3 will be closed.
I`m surprised that the P3 people haven`t mentioned it.

And to think I'm not coming because I've prebooked on something that'll cost me money. I'll be having my credentials checked or undergoing corrective treatment.

Ah Fek. Maybe a re-think of date is required?

Dont think I fancy wasting that much clutch getting into Manchester if at all possible. It's bad enough when York one is on.

Hi all, I can't make Sunday unfortunately, I've been called into work the weekend, more upsetting are the drops of coolant dripping off the front of my sump . Have a good day though guys.

I'm going to bow out on this one I'm afraid

I don't want to be sat in traffic for hours wasting the clutch and heating the engine.

Hope to catch up soon

For those guys still coming along, if you come off the M60 at J9 you will miss the marathon traffic. For those meeting at Lymm, we’ll be leaving at 9am. I will be in my black 335D as the spider is still away.

I'm afraid I'm going to bow out of this also. I cringe in traffic in the GS wondering what its doing to my clutch. Getting near to the venue from my direction of travel is going to be extremely congested.

Hi Benny,
See you at Lymm before 9am, can chance it from there onward, bit of traffic no big deal. Hey, might even be raining! Will look out for the 335, and likely a few maseratis as well, so you should be easy to locate. Cheers.

Arrived, drove straight in no traffic what so ever.
I am early though, and Project Three still closed!
Edit: They are open!
