Funny that you remember my Lamborghini. I had a little arc shaped barn built for it at the end of the orchard. But it's been at least 6 months since I've been to it. I'll take a picture tomorrow (if it's not raining) as some of you might fancy one of these arcs as a garage. They're quite cool in a rural kind of way.

Enjoyed our chat Ewan, that is one of the things with this forum, everyone is a character and you are no exception :)

Ewan, I remember driving a early car ... so the model before this one and also found the driving position spot on and very comfortable. The interior reminded me of my Esprit but a bit more classy...As said lots of times ... She looks lovely.

This one shows the interior (well, a bit of it). It's certainly of its era! But perfectly comfortable with a good driving position, unlike its contemporaries such as the Porsche 993 and Ferrari 355 (which both have annoyingly offset pedals).

That's a lovely looking car, Ewan - congratulations on tracking it down and buying it. The angle of this photo shows a hint of F355 rear quarter to me.

Beautiful car Ewan, I remember seeing the earlier version regularly in Cheltenham when I was at school:

This one was one of the press cars as I recognised it from the magazines I had been reading at the time, back then they were called the MVS Venturi (MVS was Manufacture de Voitures de Sport). I think it also featured on Top Gear back in the day when it was tested against the Renault (Alpine) A610.

The other RHD Atlantique was featured on Men and Motors and driven by Richard Hammond (I think this one is for sale at the moment):

p.s while browsing youtube, I think I've come across a third RHD car (unless one has had a respray):

The light blue car tested by Hammond is the same as mine and the only other twin turbo car built in RHD. The dark green car is slightly earlier, being a single turbo version, of which approximately nine RHD cars came into the UK. That one is actually relatively local to me, being in Somerset.

I think Ewan should host a meet at his garage...better than some museums I have visited.

Had a good nose at the Venturi at Emblem last week, it's fantastic, last time I saw one was at Le Mans in the 90's.

looks like a look of different cars joined together but it works, I like it a lot - 355 rear from some angles maybe little M1 front, bit of lotus and abit of mas in to top it off... congrats
