The guy who showed me the Levante Trofeo at the FOS on Friday claimed that there will be a new Mas sports car next year and that he couldn't give any more details on it as he was under an NDA. I am sceptical to be honest!
Looks like the new Alfa 8C and GTV are delayed by the way. They are focussing on the Tonale. 8C won't happen until 2021 / 2022.

I take it there was no Maserati stand at FOS, we looked and asked the marshal but could not find it.

Yes - I was told they were going to drop all current models and revert back to something like the 4200 - I have major doubts too.

An appearance at Geneva next year fits in with the roadmap and what has been coming out of Maserati for the past 12 months. I wouldn’t expect it to be available in the UK until late next year though, if not the start of 2021.

Levante certainly staying. Was there not a plan showing the Ghibli going at some point

I recall reading mutterings around the same time about two new coupes, one to be a replacement for the Granturismo and the other to be a smaller sports car similar to the size of the 4200 or AM Vantage

Well if anything is to be coming out of Modena, then surely test mules would have been spotted. Just have to sit outside the factory gates to see
something 'unusual' even a funny looking Ghibli or GT with panels .

A quick search on an Italian Auto News Website reveals that Maserati are working on a 2.0 litre 4 cyclinder hybrid...

They previewed the Alfi' back in 2014 and we are still waiting... a new sports car in 12 months?!? Unlikely, unless it's a rebadged Alfa/Fiat/Christler.
