Hi,

Who could check a car for me in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands please?

Or do you know a specialist near it who could inspect ans check the car?

I live in Burton on Trent so not too far from Sutton Coldfield. I use GT Autos based in Burntwood near lichfield 01543 682388. What vehicle are you looking at

Thanks Tinman.

I'd like to check a 2010 RR Vogue.

Cheap but LHD spain Marbella import, brought damaged to left side fully repaired to perfect condition, changed the clocks from klm to miles.

So I'd like to be sure it's a good value and safe car, not like my poor 3200...

Garry at GT Autos is a Ferrari and Maserati specialist so not sure he would be the right man for the job but worth a phone call at least. I'm sure there was a Range Rover specialist in Bilston of all places though this was years ago

It's just to check that there is no damage and all is in order, and organize money transfer as I'm in France and need to be sure before collection.

Just a check and I pay him both car and check labour time before collection.

It would be more safe than bank transerring money to a man I don't know...

Isn't it?

Do U know a good garage to inspect the car and arrange collection and money transfer?

No, I mean do you think your garage could organize a check and I pay him both the car and check labour time?

I prefere pay the garage (who keep and check the car) by bank transfer and he gives money to seller, it's more safe than paying directly the seller as I'm not in UK...

What do you think about it?

He would be more than happy to check the vehicle over, and take card payment, however he wouldn't get involved in money transfers

Pay the garage direct for the inspection then deal with the seller directly. And of course pay Andy for his efforts :)

A written report will be £250.00 + vat = £300.00, but for this the vehicle will have to be taken to his premises in Bromsgrove, about 20 miles away from Sutton Coldfield.
