After what seemed an eternity but which was a little over 3 weeks, I picked up my car from Nareman @ Nuvola yesterday. Thank you to everyone who gave him a glowing report, he is a true gent and very thorough. We agreed a price and since then, he refurbished the wheels, replaced the battery & rear tyres, repainted the bumpers which had suffered from some stone chips and carried out some suspension work. There was a very slight creak from the front so the drop link bushes were changed but he insisted that he could still hear something. Neither me or Giallo could but Nareman decided to change a top mount bush but bought a whole front suspension bush kit and changed everything so now it's in great shape.
The 100 mile drive home last night was a pleasure once we were out of the Friday evening West London rush hour and I'm looking forward to many more miles in the months and years to come. Oh, and that noise...

Sounds fantastic.

Bought my first 4200 from Nareman many moons ago. Good to see he is still going the extra mile.

Enjoy!

Well done, Stuart, enjoy. Mind you, how could you not!

I never thought I'd buy a car from someone more meticulous than me, but Nareman's the man. Glad you had a good experience.

The sun will be shining tomorrow though, so better pics to be had then I'd guess.

Happy new Maserati Stuart!

Sounds well worth the wait given the care to ensure the car is tip top for you, great to hear and well done to the provider.
I trust you are making the most of the longest days of the year. I guess it could be some time until you are out of it long enough to take some photos...
Enjoy!

Thank you for your comments guys, I'm smitten! Here are a few quick pictures

What a delight to drive and here in the open countryside, it doesn't seem anywhere as big as it did driving it home in the Friday night rush hour on the westway and the north circular.
It has been very well cared for previously but well used too, it has just clicked over to 50k miles, but has had recent front brakes, clutch and variators which along with the factory options I was after (front parking sensors, BOSE, comfort pack, skyhook, alcantara inserts) is what drew me to buy this one.

Hopefully I will be able to bring it along to meet you guys at some forthcoming meets.

Lovely Stuart. And good to see you have the beast well-trained as a guard dog. Looks like you went for a very similar spec to mine, and I don't think I'd change much about that. Well, other than the cosmetic and aural enhancements already discussed, anyway.

Enjoy!

This is the thing, the 2015 cars are practically identical so a 2007 model will look as fresh as this year's :)

I hate when a design lasts 2 or 3 years. Similar to the Bentley Cont GT, virtually the same iconic shape after 10 years.

Simply stunning! Ticks all the boxes for me. I personally think its one of the best designed cars ever built.
You have a fine example there Stuart, congratulations.

Congratulations she looks lovely. Did you have the window surrounds dechromed or was it like that when you saw it? Usually when the window trims are chrome the door handles are too and in most cases the rear boot strip and exhaust tips are also black but are not on yours? IMHO dechroming the car makes it look so much more modern :)

I had Nareman do mine as part of the deal with him but we couldn't do the exhausts as he thought they would not last too long due to the heat and it would cost a bomb to take the exhaust system apart and have them powder coated aonwe left it at that. Here is a pic of mine:

I was the previous but one owner of the car and I had the chrome surrounds done by my paint gut in piano black. I didn't like the all black pack option , nor did I like the chrome window surround which seemed to increase it's bulk. This was a happy compromise .
