No rear drive though..Thats a big part for me as thats when they struggled to beat the competition as well....That took alot of character out of the cars as well.

the rear drive where the best but i still think the cars with the lovely alfa v6 can be classed as real alfa's.

The best modern Alfa was the 156 by a mile.....I love the GTV but the 156 will be regarded as the car that gave Alfa a credible alternative to BMW and the rest...Although the dealers and afterservive stopped it being a true alternative.

Yes and no Adam...It was hailed as the 3 series rival and yes on looks it was there...Plus the 2.5 v6 was a good one but two things let it down.....Front wheel drive was never going to give the same driver involvement as a 3 and the dealer network was a joke....Still is I believe.

If Alfa got this right they would def do better...My friend sold his 159 because of little issues and the dealer network.

I have heard the dealers near me (Mangoletsi and Platts) are pretty good but they are 8C and Abarth representatives, but some are terrible.

Mangoletsi have stood the test of time Adam...So yes think they must be one of the better ones.
