Hello all – hope you are all keeping well and that the Ghibli II feature went down well even if our Porsche figures were a bit off.

This time we're looking for a Quattroporte S Mk V (Facelift). The premise of the feature is Supersaloons from £15k-£30k, and we'd like Maserati to be part of the equation.
We're looking to shoot the cars at Peterborough Arena on Wednesday, March 15. We'll refund fuel receipts, provide food and the owner will get a free copy of the magazine on publication and a selection of images. A journalist will drive the car on the day, but it will be fully insured by our publisher.
The day will start at around 9am and will continue to around 5pm.

Do you know of anyone who may be able to help? Let me know at nathan.chadwick@bauermedia.co.uk

Also, if you've got any Maserati-specific event news you'd like us to put in our Grapevine section, please get in touch.

Thanks

Does it have to be an 'S' ? I have just a basic QPV 2009 (which cost me £25K last summer).

Hi Mark – it doesn't necessarily – it just needs to be a facelift (we've done a first-generation in issue 2). How far away are you from Peterborough?

When you guys are featuring a Granturismo, let me know as I'm just down the road from Peterborough!

What year is yours? We have a fuzzy age limit from 1980-2010, you see...

(tbh I've never driven one, and yet I spend endless hours on the Maserati car configurator. My wife thinks I'm mad...)

Argh, too new as mine's a 2013 but a GT would be a good shout for your publication I think with the model having been launched in 2007 and plenty of good, early examples for sale at sub £30k.

But back on subject, good luck with the QP feature

I have a beautiful and rare 2006 Gransport Spyder. You need to find a reason to shoot it!

It'll be worth it when you get it back!

Indeed! I can't wait. I have serious withdrawal symptoms.
Even the garage misses her. I have a car cover for her as well.

It needs to come back soon as Alex keep threatening to put some 'stuff' in there.

If you are going to shoot it, aim for the engine, hood hydraulics and gearbox through the actuator. That should kill it. I'll leave you to come up with a reason because I can't think of one.

It's tough isnt it. I find myself dithering over the keys. I *know* I should take the 147 cos parking the GT is a sod, but then I still take the GT :D
