I attended this event last year with some Alfa friends and it was a superb day out. This year it is opened up to all Italian marques (cars will be parked by marque / model), which is fantastic!! Main details below are taken from the AROC team on Facebook;

MITCAR 2023 is announced!

Sunday 8 October, Burghley House near Stamford, PE9 3JY

Tickets are available HERE:

It is just £12 per car including all occupants, with optional on-the-day 2 for 1 for Adult admission to the superb house and/or gardens.

Burghley House, the fabulous venue last used by this popular event 14 years ago. This year we’re hoping for a glorious early autumn day just as we had on the same weekend as last year’s MITCAR at Kedleston Hall that attracted over 400 Italian cars.

Whilst organised by the Alfa Romeo Owners Club, MITCAR is open to ALL Italian marques, you do not have to be the member of a Club.

At the event, all Italian cars will parked by marque in a display format in the attractive Deer Park area adjacent to the main house. Following the MITCAR tradition dating back to 2001, we also have some great prize awards with the car of the day winning the prestigious Bryan Alexander ‘Camshaft Trophy’, chosen by public vote. No need to enter for that, all cars are in the running for prizes!

MITCAR was designed to be a relaxing day out at a country estate and has been held at over 20 different ones in the course of its history. Burghley will be the perfect backdrop for showgoers to enjoy the fresh air around some fabulous cars whilst mixing with like-minded people this autumn. Make it a date!!

Just wanted to note that the venue itself is worth visiting, spent a long weekend there with a friend in 1929 Rolls a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed it a lot!
Can imagine this to be even more fun with Italian cars.
