Firstly, apologies if this is in the wrong area, I'm still finding my way about.
Secondly, I'm missing one of these and can't seem to find anywhere that sells them as one for one replacements?

I've ordered some new, pre-holed fitted mats for my QP VI and wondered if I could just remove all 7 x remaining anchors for the new alternatives these mat companies seem to sell? How easy is it to get these anchors in the photo, out? Do they screw out or pry out? I briefly tried turning them but not a lot happened and I'm scared to death I'm going to break them through sheer ham-fistedness, and can't then get replacements
Any advice or recommendations for good alternative anchors, much appreciated.
