There must have been something going on near there as much exotica seen as we walked back with some nice boiled ham and the Wee Woman with a junk shop find of an old framed copy of the Magna Carta.
I think you’re correct. A couple of modern Ferraris and a Lamborghini came through Burford in convoy 1st thing yesterday

White GT/Strad in Pershore heading towards Upton - heard but only profile seen yesterday around 5pm - the serenade brought a smile to my face as I was chatting with a dog walking neighbour - her husband is a petrol head, she isn't.

I followed a royal blue Ghibli P60 - looked very shiny - along south Worcester 'ring road' yesterday around 5pm - I think I made more noise than it :)

On behalf of the driver of this lovely Maserati, he and I would like to apologise for the utter carnage caused in #bracknell this afternoon. After clearing one collision at the twin bridges roundabout which caused a tail back along the #berkshireway coming into bracknell. The driver of this lovely car decided his patience had run out so came up with a genius idea to try and cross over the verge in an attempt to go another way. Not only is this illegal, it's dangerous. It's a 50mph dual carriageway.
However, his skills failed him miserably and he ended up beached.
With the help of #p6239 from #bracknellandwokingham ICR and a very kind #AA chap, we got him off the verge with minimal damage to the car. The only damage was the chaps pride and cost to fix whatever damage he caused. He was dealt with by way of a ticket for careless driving by us and an ear bashing for the havoc caused. Careless driving i would say is a tad steep for a charge , and has serious implications insurance wise , personally i would say its more of an obstruction misdemeanour offence ( probably because its the sort of thing I would have done when i was younger lol

I know the Bracknell area well as my work is in Jealotts Hill. Had a lovely drive in this morning with the sun and a clear run up the M3 from Southampton :)

I rarely go through Bracknell itself, I prefer the route up Swinley Road, past Ascot and around Winkfield Row. There's some lovely roads to enjoy around the edges
