Maseratis - Spotted

Sunday 23rd May 3pm, nearly peed my pants!
A46 junction with the M40 heading south, pulled up behind a grand cab and and a GTS both white and in convoy.....what a sound!
Even the wife said they were gorgeous and comments that I bet that made my day....sure did. I was not in my car, I was in the Alfa Sportwagon on the way back from Sheffield, so yes, that was me grinning behind you like a Cheshire cat!
I think these cars might have been Maserati UK car, in transit for some sort or show as the car where being driven very sedately.

Spotted a red 4200 in Halfords carpark in Colchester at the weekend.
Nice and clean and shiney too.
I'm sure I've seen this one before, being driven by a yougish chap. Last time I was in my GT and exchanged waves, this time in my Lotus and the Maser was parked and empty.

Yeh the spyder is coming along well and fingers crossed maserati say the service schedule will be up to date when they do the big 31.500miler on wednesday and thursday.
I still have the seal to do and was going to do it today but i noticed some sort of double sided tape/foamy adhesive on the top part that goes over the screen so will ask about that tape before i commit to replace it.
I still get cold air from the aircon so thats done now.
I am not getting so much petrol smell from the engine and i have been told its the carbon filter (which is being done on service)
I have done a few cosmetic replacements as i really didnt like the condition of a few things and i am booked for leather refurbishment next thursday week.
I have new carpets on order from maserati and i have replaced the maserati aluminium kickplates.
The wheels are going to be done in the dark grey metallic of the 2010 wheels.
New pirelli for the rear.
I will have maserati check the rear lower arms.
Found a new Nav NIT CD head unit for £100.
So almost all done now and just the health check from maserati and a leak test after the seal is done.
I am expecting at least the drivers side window regulator replaced.
Then the protective film for the front.
New Grill or a revamp.
Sports exhaust of the very loadest kind (now thats what I call a close encounter)
Then i just have to find somewhere to take it!
P.s saw another maserati today...it was my reflection in a shop window LOL! (i got so exited too)

Mid grey 4200 nearby the entrance to The Priory, approaching Southgate roundabout @ 10.30 this morning. I flashed, but was blanked.
