Yes, it is indeed a 'Mighty Hunter'. Or the last of the Comets, whichever you prefer. I'm just glad I never had to fly them.

It is, but when you cross over you'll find it a great place to be! Every time I take her out, she still makes me laugh the first time I give her the beans. I've realised I'm too old to stop being a teenager!

Good spot! 7th row back 5th from the right. There is some pretty special machinery in that shot. I'd hate to think what they all cost new. Happy days!

Well most of them will be worth more now than new anyway especially the ones in the V!

It's a pity the 918 and the Veyron couldn't attend but we were treated to the F40 doing some launches. It is, apparently, the only yellow F40 made by the factory and it was ordered by Rod Stewart. Despite this he doesn't mess about and pretty much canes it wherever he goes and he even uses it through the winter. It's been tuned to 646 bhp and runs straight through exhausts without cats. He finished the day off by doing donuts at the far end of the runway and we could see the smoke fom where the group photo was taken! Oh, he also has a pristine red one which he uses for special events.
