Thank you for posting. I skimmed through the 45 min video so I didn't want it all.

Overall comments about the GT performance? Any issues?

As we all say the GT is just that…it cruised and gave smiles when and where needed.

No car issues at all - glad to report!
Biggest issue was getting out of the French hotel underground car park - a Top Gear moment

£460 fuel door to door

I am casting doubt on this.....

Purely on the basis that in some of the video it wasn't raining !!!

We crossed on the Thursday, it rained.
Went to the Circuit on Friday it rained
Gave up on Saturday and went to liege for lunch, it rained
Went back on Sunday it rained, although the sun did come out during the race.
We then went to the Nurburgring and..... It rained there aswell.
The plan was just to do a couple of laps without crashing. My son (15) gave a running critique all the way round;
"your slow"
"accelerate now"
"you've been over taken again!"
"I could walk round faster"
"you're ****"
We then got a bit squirrely in the rain and there was a glorious 10 seconds of silence before he started up again....

Rained all the way home and then the ferry was delayed due to a storm in the channel !

1000 miles at i reckon 17mpg

Opening a youtube channel under the name "car breakers" featuring 4 Maseratis was initially a bit of a schock :)
Thankfully all went well, apart from clutch wear on the ramp.

Thanks for sharing.

Oh boy did it rain!
We caught some lucky breaks having headed out on the Wednesday (in sun I might add).

We skipped the qualifying Friday, went Saturday...it belted it down all morning and cleared up later. Sunday there was a very light shower - I never experienced such changeable weather.

We were up at the top corner at Spa and could see the rain come and go in the distance on the pit lane...quite strange! Only one light shower there for us on race day

Not sure were you parked but we were at Malmedy on a hard standing, not a muddy field.

The shuttle bus leaves from Combes so a 30 min walk from the pit area but once on the bus we were gone within 20 mins, no traffic at all.

We parked right next to Combes so strolled onto the track but was an hour and half headache trying to leave!
