Just had communication with Maserati UK on the 3200 Assetto Corsa.
Apparently only 38 of this vehicle were ever made for the UK market. I don't know if this was across manual and auto, I assume so. As mine seems to be the last one 75/75 and this came off the line in July 2001, one has to wonder where the others are. All the printed manufactured numbers such as 250, 150 etc, must be wrong.

There were 75 in the UK market , one of the members used to have No 1 , Phil H has the most compprehensive list i believe , a good few have gone out to OZ , and i know of 3 that have been written off

Seems odd that they should export the middle numbers to other countries other than UK , there are assetto corsa's in France Italy and Hongkong that aren't numbered in the usual way with the glove box number plaque ,

basically what you have been told,............i think goes against what we have understood for the last few years

I know, it's a bit confusing and Maserati do not appear to have the full answers, apart from 38 were UK vehicles. I agree with you on the marking plate, unless the others went to RH drive countries only, maybe that's it. HELP anybody know the answer out there???

I had 41/75 so was mine a Hong Kong special! Manual Assetto Corsa in rosso Y181 RTR. Niggly troubles, but when it was on song ...
