Phil - I have been scrolling through the pictures for last 2 hours - Spoke briefly to the financial controller (aka wife) - I work away during week, but I know I can't go this weekend!!!!
All though I could treat myself for my Birthday on Saturday !!!

I would fly down but I know the weather is going to be **** and the Eurostar is booked out for a few hours Saturday.

With the currency swing against the AUD$, purchases from the UK are fast tapering off from 2-3 years ago when there was significant economic advantage (exception being rare and unique vehicles)

Case in point - to land and comply your vehicle the cost will be something around $aud 50k.

A similar mileage vehicle that is arguably more desirable (being an AC) is on offer for $45k with the advantages of buying locally and OZ delivered (buyers seem to place a premium on the latter)

Many of the more sought after cars/classics already are heading back to the UK (Daytonas/BB512 etc); if the $ continues to slide perhaps IMO the more mass produced vehicles may head that way as well

Cant Phil, it will be too blowy for the microlight at the weekend - wheels it will have to be - wife is onside so I will give emblem a call tomorrow..
