I'm not aware of it being able to do that. I know we have first post moderation, and some odd algorithms that seem to randomly moderate some users' posts, but he should still be able to see the forum page at the very least

You've tried restarting Chrome? Do you have any other browsers you can try?

First thing to do is clear history/cache....happens a fair bit in Chrome stopping pages coming up.

Probably not...I seem to be a magnet often it seems! Use Opera mainly now as found Chrome become so problematic for me. Oh....and I don't trust Google!!
