Just to see if anyone on here has used this type of spherical bearing as a lower ball joint replacement from Hill Engineering.and to gauge feedback from those who have,
my only concern at the momet is durability due to ingress of dirt as there is no rubber boot, and the clamping force achieved by using a standard rather than a tapered bolt through the hub ?
any feedback would be appreciated

This is for the rear tie rods, is this what you want it for?

you would have to use the old rubber covers that came off to protect the new one.

I'm sure it is nicely engineered but you can replace just the bearing (skf ge15-c) for little cost

Yea the SKF GE15 bearings work just fine and for around 15 quid each you can't go wrong

If that's what your looking for deano
