It's very hard to say without seeing them but if it was me there is only one...The red on at Autofficina...The reason for this is that we know the car as its a Sportmaserati owners car....It's a lovely examle......See thread below..

http://www.sportsmaserati.co.uk/showthread.php/8170-Stunning-Red-GS-for-sale!

The 5th one you have listed is just a wanted add.....

The first one at ADG is nice as its has full leather which is always worth more than the tec cloth thats in the others,.........Lots of talk about the dealer on here........

The grey one at Alexanders has been for sale on and off a few times in the last year - Just me but its a hard one to sell on the with the red and grey tec cloth interior.

The 3rd one in black looks lovely in the picture - But they are old pictures as these were taken when the car owner bought the car from DK two years ago as I remember the advert. Worth a look as this dealer has a reputation of selling good stock..but it was two years ago..

Do not know the last one so couldn't comment but seems OK..............

What every you do make sure you get an specialist to look over the car for you as it could save you a fortune in the long run....Also, as these car have 40k on the clock they should all have had a clutch chnage buy now and this is a 2k job so make sure it's been done...

But will go back to the red one...Thats should be your starting point I would say...

The last thing I would say is speak to Dicky as he will give you great advice..could even find you a car...sold a few cars to members already and is very respected on here....

Good luck

Nailing it there Andy....but narrowing it down to 2/3 then getting an indie inspection of your fav........or even of the two....must be the deal breaker....good luck with your hunt!

Andy's got it pretty much spot on , my opinion if its a long term keeper is go for the Rosso , they look the absolute dogs and get admired where ever they go , but if its a daliance and itch to scratch then go for a base colour like black or silver , for some uncanny reason yet to be fathomed out Red seems to take longer to sell , but i bet there's not an owner on here that agrees that they look very very special in Rosso and Giallo , as also stated , unless its a known car definately get it checked out by a reputeable source who would atleast have access to an sd2/3 diagnostic , aawesome cars my friend you wont be disappointed

have a very early '54 plate in red, with black leather and grey tec cloth. get the paintwork properly fettled (250 quid or so well spent) and it is stunning. as for longer to sell it does seem to bear out. mine was on the market for 7 months. I just wanted one in red, had a 3200 AC in that rosso and black leather combo and it always looked right to me. can't see me shifting mine any time soon. I am struggling to find anything with the same performance, kudos and price point, so the colour combination for me was always about having a keeper. as the team will tell you on here it's as much about it being looked after and more importantly used. a garage queen is not the way forward in my opinion.

good luck

Call me old fashioned but perhaps the reason Red takes the longest to sell might just be something to do with it being the LEAST popular colour, hence the very limited numbers. Just a thought...

Thats exactly my point Valentino, when you speak to most owners the vast majority would love to have Rosso , so its must be popular preference , it all about balls at time of purchase, and most salesman must have said at some point Red resale qualities aren't that high , we are still searching for that definitive answer

Easy answer. Maserati owners, do not want to be associated with Ferrari owners. And what are most Ferraris painted in? Not all Ferrari owners are stuck up their own bums, and i and a lot feel, Maserati are even more exclusive!

I love the red and when I pull the trigger (after house sale) mine will be red with the cream interior.

Pistonheads is currently down so I can't see what price the original poster is looking at, this one ins pricey but is the only car for sale that I would buy (subject to inspection etc..)

I don't mind posting the link as I'm not in a position to buy it just yet.

There is a red and cream leather one that has been spoken about on another thread, but this is a different one.

It's been covered in another thread but the market is a wash with cars that have been up for sale, taken down and then put up for sale again.

Having only made the decision this year that the Gransport is the one I'm after I have followed most car sales sites and there isn't many new cars that come up, so the original poster should be able to get a very good deal on most of the cars in the links.

As I mentioned only started following the scene this year, historically does the market pick up with new cars at different parts of the year? Winter maybe when people have had their fun for the summer (if a garage queen)?

I have been watching for over 18 months and the better cars have only lost £1k over that period...so few new ones on the market...think they are being put away.

However seen a nice red 3200 on Auto Trader, just shame is a manual as its very low miles too, 23,000 miles and £13k

Red is also associated with Maserati...Maserati's racing cars were all red in the early days and when I think of Maserati I think of red........

It is very top money, no mention of anything done with the clutch and I don't think they mention anything about the clutch reading, if it needs anything doing then its getting close to the blue GS SE that Dicky has for sale.

Good looking thing though!
