I would be very keen to hear how this sounds.

I have an H pipe fitted but a bit of a rough and ready Eastern European job, but it does sound awesome and I much prefer it to the X pipe it replaced.

Ill be sure to give good comparisions.

The H Pipe is meant to be in keeping with the brand while simply increasing volume across the rev range.

I'd like to hear comparisons, as the oem pipe is an X-pipe, just with a muffler in front of it, would be strange if the H was closer to oem than the X.

You really can't beat the tone of the OEM set up though, just needs a tiny bit more volume.

Interesting, I’m with Sam on this one. The X dials it up 10% but retains the OEM sound.
I’d be very interested to hear an H though.

My H definitely still sounds like a Maserati, it’s louder but the “raspiness” is a deeper tone.

I did like how your car sounded ever so slightly different in France. But then ialso like mine. It’s a tough life!

how's the Aston compare
Turned off it's fine and doesn't annoy anyone at all.

It's a very different noise, but I still like it a lot. No gurgles and pops to the same extent as the V8s. There's an occasional pop. As it has only secondary cats it can be a bit raucous, but there's a three-way switch to a) have the valves open all the time; b) close the valves all the time; or c) factory default where they open at 3k rpm in sport mode or sometime later in non-sport mode. Barrelling long at speed and with the valves open it sounds like this:

My GS Spyder has Larini H-pipe and it gives a lovely deep tone, and really lets out the burbles. I think anyone who hears my car would agree that it works! It'll be interesting to hear, hopefully in person!
Nomatter what... enjoy it!

They put them in because they think the sport cats and the H is too loud. I can’t tell the difference, mainly because I stood too close to Matt’s when he started it and am now deaf.
Were you in the next county? We lost a couple of windows.

curious as well, been looking into getting a H fabricated. Sportscats and the larini x-pipe was too loud, as Larini themselfs said. So maybe the H woudl be a nice addition. Also would like ot try and see if the double resonators reduce drone a bit.

I'm looking for an H pipe for my latest Gransport.
Anyone got one for sale or in a cupboard somewhere?
