CHM???? Not sure what/where this is. Either way, I'm sure we now have enough members to start an East Midlands section.

You'll have to bring it over to CHM John, we could line them up in the car park and do a little photoshoot!
Anyways, congratulations - It looks fantastic!

Yup, that was my beast on SCD. They sat her in the showroom after she had been wrapped.

The driver squeezed down the side and somehow got it. It was tight but he managed
How do you get in the car to get it out of the back of the transporter? Or did the person who loaded it stay in the car???

DOH, obviously had brain fade Andy, didn;t put Andy Marshall and Andrew Marshall together, how dumb is that? Will deffo bring it over in the new year Andy. You going to join us on some of the SCD drives next year? We've got a good one going up to Italia Motorsport in Holmfirth at the end of Jan.
Right! Thats the last tanker model you build for me! :lol2:

I had mine delivered about a week before it was registered. It was a great place to sit and take it all in actually quite liking the fact that I could not drive it. I am sure that you will love it.

No problem John. I'll put it down to an excess of festive cheer.. Will certainly be interested to do some SCD stuff this coming year. 2014 was a bit hectic for me and I did not manage to do any events - not even my normal Sporting Bears stuff. My poor Spyder has only covered a few hundred miles between MOTs, and if it wasn't for the fact that the Granturismo is now my daily driver I'd have forgotten what it was like to drive a Maserati! Hopefully 2015 will be better.

Well, you're not too far away Andy, we will make a real effort to get out together. The sound of those two reverberating through the peaks will be something to behold.

Can't bear the crappy tin bracket Maserati supply so I'm taking my chances with a stick on plate. Not ideal, but better than the alternative.

I suppose it depends who ever is on duty and as long as the Cameras could read it of course the old way would be on the bonnet.

I hope the cops are more forgiving down South, no chance I'd get away with that up here........but like you, would probably chance my luck at least.......that is one gorgeous car which just might save some £30 fines for the plate:excellent:

I've seen plenty of "supercars" running around without any kind of front plate - Ferrari 458's seem to be a particular favourite, so figure that with the actual letters being the correct size, and given there is nowhere else to sensibly put a plate, I am going to take my chances.
