Had my Larini rear exhaust fitted on Friday, drove around with the windows down and now I have a cold ( but worth it ).

Great weekend away with the Maserati Club from Sydney to Canberra and environs.

High speed was had by all, including a visit to Binalong Motor Museum via empty country roads with snow scenery at times.

Day 2 more high speed empty roads, visited race track near Goulburn then lunch at Berrima and home.

Then today my FD lowering springs arrived.

It must be Christmas.

Great pics Bruce.

Missed this one again. Was at Andrea's minutes before you left.

Must get to the next one and take advantage of my membership fee!

PS. Well done on the Larinis. Thinking myself of going that way after being quoted $3500 for the Quicksilver system.

Thanks for the comments. It seems upgraded exhausts are derigeur as at one stage the first 6 cars in our queue had them.

The consensus was by leaving the resonator in the middle the car sounds great but not barking, offensive loud.

Robert you could have joined us for just the drive through Sydney. Silvano came to Goulburn then extended to come to lunch.

I'll definitely get there Bruce for the next one.

Good feedback re: the Larinis.

Like the idea of improving the sound and not so much the loudness. After the crackle, pop on overrun.

The Larinis will not be much cheaper, if not, more - but worth every cent! :)

No, it is very rare for snow to fall outside the high country snowfields, so that's why we stopped to take photos.

Your lucky there Bruce..Northan Europe is a nightmare in winter, all the nice old cars are locked away for six months..

Exactly my point.

For a bit more money, may as well go with what many consider the superior product.

Horses for courses. I like Larini, others like Tubi etc. Best to listen to a few different options and decide what works for you.
