There's a 4.7s there for £52,995 with 14000 miles. That's seriously good value.

Ah, thanks for that Andy, I thought all 4.7s had 2 pipes and the 4.2s had 4. All too confusing for a simpleton like me. Sorry!

That's a lot of car. I'm constantly surprised at the variance in prices. Some 4.7s are £115k new, then you've got some at £70k, barely used. Is there a massive swing dependant on spec?

From what I understand, they need to have a good spec, 20'' wheels, mc shift, comfort pack and a good colour combo. Needless to say, for £50k+ they need to be spotless too. Only Stradale's are £115k new, unless you buy a GTS and go stupid on the options list. They're generally circa £90k from what I know, but then again, I don't buy new cars so don't know exactly.

Meridian had a GTS for £115k recently. Seems to have sold too!

A GTS would be long off for me, but doesn't stop me drooling over the classifieds! :)

You also need to bear in mind that you can buy these cars new with a reasonable discount.

With dealer margins of £10k gross then trade on a one year old GTS can be no more than £65-70k depending on spec and miles.
