Where are you looking in the SW? There are a few of us over here in the West/SW who might be able to help you, if you don't want to spend 250-300 quid (or whatever it is) for a full check and just want a 'peace of mind' sanity check.

I'm not in the UK at the moment but if you want any help in the Bristol area then I can assist once I am back.
