I replaced mine by reaching a small wrench inside the bumper from the front grill and unscrewed the nut. Had to bend the inner plastic trim a bit to get space. Once unscrewed, I just use dental floss (work it like hack saw motion) to remove the double side tape. All up probably 5-10mins. Don't why the guy need to remove it in such a big way.

2 self tapping screws, pliers, yank, sorted!

wouldnt it of been easyer for this guy to of pulled the front bumper? 20mins to pull off if a b!tch and 20mins back on still less time than an hour and a half!
