How often do you replace the following items (servicing)

I service my car annually no matter the mileage done (I don't do many miles a year).

How often do you guys replace the following:

For fluids this means drain and replace.

Air Filter
Diff oil
Cambiocorsa gearbox oil?
Coolant
PAS fluid
Brake fluid

Thanks Frank. I've got that, but wondered what the consensus was on here.

Air filter every year. Brake fluid every two years maximum. The rest goes by the book. I am told that it is not recommended to replace gearbox/diff sooner then manual. Not sure about the reason though.

I have stuck to the manual more or less, i service every year regardless of mileage. Don't think the diff oil needs done often i think i have only done it twice in 6 years, but then i stripped and replaced the oil seals, so that resulted in a complete oil change.
